STEP 1 Speak to the Manager at the Stop ‘N’ Cash location in your area. We will work hard to provide an acceptable solution. However, if you are not satisfied, the Manager of the store location in your area will elevate your problem to the next Step.
STEP 2 If you are not satisfied with the solution you received from the Manager in your area in Step 1, the Manager will offer to elevate your problem, communicating all relevant details on your behalf in writing to a representative of corporate Stop ‘N’ Cash.
